Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@prestigefragrances.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will begin the replacement process. Please do not return any items unless instructed by our team. Please note that refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged or incorrect items.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or they may not be eligible for replacement.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
