At Prestige Fragrances, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@prestigefragrances. within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and packaging
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will begin the replacement process. Please do not return any items unless instructed by our team.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged or incorrect items.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
